The profile photo to the right was taken a year ago; I am trying to show off my black patent Doc Martens. Don't you just love 'em.
In Feb 2009 I was bored, I had been off work for several months with a back problem and being unsuccessfull with my application for the London marathon for the 5th time, and spending my day watching daytime tele, David told me to get a hobby! Suddenly Kilimanjaro came into focus, I contacted several people (some would say bullied) and so here we are are; five nurses trekking up Kili for the love of it and, of course for our chosen charities.
