This was our last long jaunt, Bromborough to Parkgate approx 13 miles, the photo was taken after we succumbed to bacon sandwiches in the local pub, (well worth it ), Brian took the photo. This was the first route we undertook which happened to be the hottest day of the year (2009), we beat the time by almost an hour, so we are either much fitter or just wanted to get home and soak our feet. Despite all the clothes and wet gear it was very very warm. In all a very productive day.
